Avram Klein, MBA, is the founder and principal of WittyExpert LLC and currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Healthy Bites Collective, the premier food-service program provider for private and charter schools in New York City. His leadership background spans supermarkets, wholesale distribution, restaurants, catering, e-commerce, logistics, and multi-site food-service operations.
As a former supermarket General Manager, he led a high-volume retail operation with approximately $20 million in annual sales and more than 60 associates. His responsibilities included safety and inspection programs, merchandising, staffing, receiving, loss prevention, customer service, and day-to-day store execution. He also served as an e-commerce manager for Wakefern Food Corp., the nation’s largest retailer-owned supermarket cooperative, where he helped build and launch micro-fulfillment centers and advance online grocery operations.
Avram earned his MBA from Yeshiva University and his BA from Binghamton University. His combination of formal business education and firsthand operational experience provides counsel with an expert who understands not only how policies are written, but how retail environments actually function.
